This includes reviewing your specific issue, conducting a conflict check in compliance with legal ethics rules, and high-level review of any relevant documentation you’ve supplied.

If we can’t help you, we will tell you- no charge!

If we can help, we will provide you with a custom proposal.

In some cases, we may ask you follow-up questions or for additional information before being able to let you know if we can help you.

We pride ourselves on quick response times for both potential and current clients. In most cases, you can expect to hear back from us within one business day. Because we take each inquiry seriously and have a rigorous initial review process, there are instances where it may take longer than twenty-four hours in order to appropriately address all aspects of your inquiry.

While we do sometimes charge clients based on hourly rates, we offer many projects based on flat fee services to ensure you know exactly how much you’ll pay prior to getting the work done! As fellow real estate investors, we know how important it is to be able to budget accordingly.

Following your initial legal strategy meeting you will receive a custom quote based on the services needed in each phase of your legal plan. We don’t quote these ahead of time because pricing can vary greatly based on need, and we want to set the best expectations possible from the jump – which includes not mis-quoting you for anticipated legal services!
